Vividscholars collects minimal personal information necessary to deliver 1-on-1 live online classes. This includes student name, age, parent/guardian contact details (phone, email), and preferred timings.

2. Protection of Minors

Since our services cater to students aged 5 to 20, parental or guardian consent is explicitly required for booking demo sessions for minors under 18 years of age. We never sell, rent, or trade student PII to third-party advertisers.

3. How Information Is Used

Collected data is used strictly for scheduling classes, tutor assignment, WhatsApp/email booking confirmation, and academic progress updates.
